Before you can print a committee roster you must generate a Quick Report. A Quick Report is just a basic report that gives you a list of objects based on limited criteria. In this case, you will be generating a Quick Report on a committee roster.

Each of these methods of generating a committee roster will display the results in a list page. Each list page will have the option to generate a Quick Report. The option to generate a Quick Report can be located under the Reports icon on the List - Committee Participation page or it may be a simple icon located in the upper right corner of the search results page.
To generate a committee roster Quick Report, complete the following steps:
Once the Quick Report has been generated it can be printed by clicking the Print icon located at the top of the Quick Report.
The List Participants icon only displays active participants. If you wish to print participants with statuses other than active, you must use the Find Participants or Search Participants options.
